How do I insert my earplugs?
How to insert your Loop earplugs in three simple steps:
Hold the ring of the earplug between your thumb and index finger. Gently insert the ear tip into your ear canal.
Once you feel a gentle seal, give the plug a small twist toward the back of your head. It should sit snugly at the base of your ear, almost “locking” into place.
Adjust for a comfortable and secure fit. When properly inserted, the earplugs should be discreet from the front and stay put (even as you move).
Fit check:
Move your jaw from side to side—your earplugs should stay in place without shifting.
If they feel loose or fall out, try a larger size.
If they feel tight or stick out, go down a size.
It’s common to need different sizes for each ear.

Clean your ear tips regularly with a damp cloth.
Don’t insert them too deep—just enough to seal the canal.
Remove slowly with a gentle twist to avoid discomfort.

How do I change the ear tips?
Swapping out your ear tips is simple. Here’s how to do it in four easy steps:
1. Gently pull the ear tip off your earplug.
2. Grab the new ear tip you want to use and hold it between your thumb and index finger.
3. Line up the ear tip with the earplug’s stem and gently push and twist until it fits snugly. Having trouble with the silicone tip? Flip it inside out, push it onto the earplug, and then fold it back into place.
4. Pop them in your ears to see how they feel.

How do I clean my Loop Earplugs?
Keeping your Loop Earplugs clean is quick and easy. Here’s how to care for them depending on the model:
| Loop Quiet™ 2 (silicone)
Rinse under water or wipe with a damp cloth and a little soapy water.
For a deeper clean, remove the ear tips and rinse them separately.
| Loop Engage™ 2, Experience™ 2 and Switch™ 2 (with filters)
Don’t submerge these—water can damage the internal filter.
Remove the silicone ear tips and rinse them under water.
Gently wipe the bodies with a damp cloth.
| Foam ear tips
Wipe gently with a dry cloth.
Avoid water or detergents—they can damage the material.
| Loop Dream™
Remove the ear tips before cleaning.
Wipe both tips and the body with a damp cloth and mild soapy water.
Let everything dry completely before putting the tips back.
Replace ear tips every 100 nights or uses, as foam naturally loses its shape over time.

Avoid harsh chemicals or sharp objects.
Replace your ear tips every 3-6 months (except Loop Dream™, which follows its 100 nights/uses schedule).

How do I insert Loop Mute?
Loop Mute is the little add-on that gives you extra noise reduction with your Loop Experience™ 2 or Loop Engage™ 2. It’s easy to use and takes just a few seconds to set up.
Step-by-step
Hold the Mute between your thumb and index finger.
Align the narrow end with the centre opening of your earplugs.
Gently push it in until it sits flush. Make sure it goes in smoothly, with no folds.
That’s it — your Loops Earplugs are ready to go with added protection.
What you’ll notice
With Loop Experience 2™, Loop Mute gives you about 3 dB more reduction — handy if you’re right next to the speakers or need things slightly quieter.
With Loop Engage™ 2, you’ll get about 9 dB extra, perfect for those louder social settings.
Pro tip: Loop Mute is removable, so you can pop it in or out depending on your situation.
How to select the right ear tip size
Getting the right ear tip size makes all the difference. A good fit means your earplugs stay comfortable, secure, and give you the best possible noise reduction.
Just so you know: Our earplugs don’t block sound completely—they reduce it to a safer, more comfortable level while still letting you stay connected. The right size makes that balance work perfectly.
Step 1: Start with Medium
Every pair comes with size M tips. This size works for most people, so it’s a good place to start.
Step 2: Adjust if needed
If they feel loose, slip out, or don’t reduce much noise, go up a size.
If they feel tight, create pressure, or stick out, go down a size.
Step 3: Do the fit check
Move your jaw side to side. A proper fit means the earplugs stay put and feel snug, not uncomfortable.

It’s normal if each ear needs a different size.
Ear tips soften with use—if they stop sealing well, it’s probably time to swap them (we recommend doing this every 3-6 months).
Don’t worry if it takes a couple of tries to find your fit. Once you do, you’ll hear the difference.

How long will my order take to process?

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! We offer express shipping to most of our destinations. Just check out the options at checkout to get all the details on delivery times and costs.
When will I receive my order?
Once you select your destination country and preferred shipping method at checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery window, for example, 3-5 business days for standard shipping. These timeframes are based on the carrier and past delivery performance. While we do our best to meet these estimates, delays can occasionally happen due to customs, weather, or busy periods (like holidays). If your order hasn’t arrived within 2-3 business days of the estimated delivery date, feel free to contact our support team so we can help.
What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?
If your order went through, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout. It includes your order number, items, and shipping details.
